Per Unit or Per Area? How Botox Is Priced in NYC
Many NYC providers bill Botox by the unit. That means the number on your receipt depends on how many units your muscles need, and you often don't know the final figure until the treatment is over. A strong frown or a wide forehead can push the total well past the first quote.
We price by area instead. You know your total before you sit down, and it stays the same whether Russ uses a light touch or needs more product to get the result right.
- Per unit: the price depends on the dose, so two people treating the same area can pay very different amounts
- Per area: the price depends on where you're treated, so the dose is decided by what your face needs, not by your budget on the day
Our Botox Prices for Each Area
Every price covers Botox in one of three areas, and nothing gets added at checkout.
- $200Forehead lines
The horizontal lines that show when you raise your eyebrows. One area at one flat price, dosed for your forehead.
- $200Frown lines (glabella)
The vertical 11s between your brows. One flat price, with a dose planned around the strength of your frown.
- $200Crow's feet
The fine lines that fan out beside your eyes as you smile or squint. One flat price, with treatment tailored to the way you smile.
- $499All three areas
Forehead, frown lines and crow's feet in a single visit for one flat rate. Two areas at $200 each come to $400, so the third area adds just $99.
What Your Botox Price Includes
The figure you pay covers the whole treatment, not just the product:
- A consultation with Russ. He asks about your goals, looks at how your face moves and suggests a plan before anything is injected.
- Treatment mapping. Injection points are planned for your face so the result looks balanced and natural.
- The injections themselves. Russ Aminov performs every injectable treatment himself. He's a board-certified NP (ANCC) and works to AAFE safe injection protocols.
- A complimentary two-week follow-up. Results peak around the two-week mark, so that's when Russ checks your result. If an area needs more, the extra units are free.
Is Lower-Priced Botox Worth It?
A low per-unit number can look like a bargain until the final count. When you compare prices, compare the total for your areas, and ask what's included after the treatment.
With us, the comparison is simple: a set price per area, one provider for every treatment, and a follow-up where Russ fine-tunes your result without a second bill. Clients often tell us in reviews that our pricing feels transparent and fair, and that their results look natural rather than overdone.

Botox Cost Questions We Hear Most
How much is Botox for forehead lines in NYC?
With us, forehead lines are a flat $200, with a dose planned for your face. If you'd like to soften your frown lines and crow's feet too, all three areas together are $499.
Is it cheaper to treat two areas or all three?
Two areas cost $400. All three cost $499, so the third area adds $99.
Do I have to pay for extra units at my follow-up?
No. Your two-week follow-up is complimentary, and any additional units Russ adds then are free.
Are there any hidden fees on top of the area price?
No. The area price is the full price. There are no add-on charges for units, the consultation or the follow-up.
What does Botox cost per year in NYC?
It depends on your areas and how often you return. If you keep all three areas up and come back every three to four months, as many of our clients do, that's three or four visits at $499, or roughly $1,500 to $2,000 a year. One area on the same schedule comes to $600 to $800.
Does Baby Botox cost the same?
Baby Botox is a lighter dose for natural movement, and our pricing is by area rather than dose, so it's the same per-area price.
