Russ Aminov founded Future Face & Body, and every filler client here is treated by him personally. He holds ANCC board certification as a Nurse Practitioner, has more than 1,000 facial filler procedures behind him, and the specialty he builds his filler work around is facial balancing.
In practice, that means Russ studies how your features relate to each other before he plans a single injection. A softer chin can make a nose or lips look larger than they are. Flat cheeks can make smile lines look deeper. Treating the right area, in the right amount, often does more than adding volume where you first pointed.

The Filler Treatments Russ Plans
Russ uses Juvéderm filler, and each area below can be treated on its own or as part of a balancing plan. He'll tell you honestly which ones fit your face.
Lip Filler
Subtle volume and definition for lips that look smoother and more hydrated. Russ works with your natural lip shape rather than over it. If you only want your upper lip to turn out slightly without added volume, ask about a lip flip instead, which uses Botox.
Cheek Filler
Restores volume in the midface, which can lift the area and give your face a more sculpted look. In a balancing plan, fuller cheeks can also soften how the lower face looks. If your cheeks have kept their volume, Russ may begin with the chin or jawline instead.
Tear Trough Filler
Brightens hollows under the eyes and smooths a tired look. This is one of the higher-skill areas Russ specializes in, so your consultation includes an honest look at whether your under-eye area is a good match for filler. If you'd rather improve the skin there gradually, ask about our three-treatment PRP series for under the eyes.
Chin and Jawline Filler
Defines the jawline and brings the lower face into proportion, without surgery. A small change to the chin can balance the nose and lips. If your real concern is jaw clenching rather than shape, Russ treats that with Botox in the masseter muscle, not filler.
Smile Lines and Temples
Filler can soften smile lines and restore hollow temples. When smile lines come from lost volume higher up, restoring the cheeks can soften them too. Crow's feet, the fine lines that crease beside your eyes as you laugh, respond to Botox instead.
Sculptra
A collagen-stimulating injectable that builds volume gradually over several weeks, usually across 2–3 sessions. Choose it when you'd rather see change unfold slowly. When you want visible volume within days, classic filler is the better fit.

How much do facial fillers cost here?
Filler with Russ is $600 to $900, depending on the area. We go over pricing at your consultation, and we only recommend what your result needs.
Can I start small with my first filler?
Yes. Tell Russ you'd like a conservative start, and he'll plan a subtle first treatment you can build on at a later visit. With lips especially, adding a little more later is simpler than wishing you'd gone lighter.
How many visits to West 72nd Street does filler take?
Usually two. Your appointment opens with a consultation and facial mapping, and treatment follows in the same visit. Two weeks later, you come back for a complimentary follow-up, so Russ can check how your filler has settled and answer any questions.
What does facial balancing actually mean?
It means treating your face as a whole instead of one feature at a time. Russ looks at how your chin, jawline, lips and cheeks work together, then places filler where it brings them into proportion.
Do you numb the area before filler?
Yes. After Russ maps your injection points, we apply a topical anesthetic to keep you comfortable during treatment.
