The Team at Our Med Spa
Each of us has one clear role, so you always know who is looking after which part of your plan.
- Russ Aminov, NP, founder. Russ is an ANCC board-certified Nurse Practitioner, and he performs every injectable treatment we offer himself. He pairs more than five years in aesthetic medicine with 8+ years of hospital work in medicine and cardiology, and he has completed over 1,000 facial filler procedures. He is also trained in Sculptra, in PRFM hair restoration and in therapeutic injections for jaw and neck tension.
- Jessica, skincare specialist. Jessica's decade-plus in skincare and medical esthetics includes six years with an Estée Lauder company and a Santa Barbara spa of her own, which she founded and managed. Today she concentrates on prevention and anti-aging for every shade of skin.
- Lily, licensed aesthetician. Lily's 20+ years in skincare cover HydraFacial, hands-on manual facials and Morpheus8 radio frequency. Every session with her opens with a consultation, and she treats every skin tone and condition.
Between the three of them, your injectables and your skincare can be planned in one place, with each part handled by the person trained for it.

We're an owner-run med spa on West 72nd Street, steps from Central Park West. Here's what that looks like for the people who walk through our door.
- Most first visits start with a search. The majority of our new clients find us on Google while looking for a med spa close to home, and most of the people we see are regulars who keep coming back.

Skin and Wellness Care on West 72nd Street
Not every goal calls for a needle. These treatments work on your skin and on how you feel, and each one can sit alongside an injectable plan or stand on its own.
Facials
Jessica and Lily tailor each facial to your skin on the day. Jessica leans toward prevention and anti-aging care, and Lily brings her manual-facial and HydraFacial training. Book one if texture, dullness or breakouts are what you notice first in the mirror; a regular facial keeps your skin on track between other treatments.
IV Therapy
Choose Immunity for Vitamin C support, Recovery and Performance after hard training, or Quench when you're dehydrated. Each drip is $200 and runs about 45 minutes, seated in our office. For lines or lost volume, an injectable consultation with Russ is the better place to start.
Morpheus8
For clients who want firmer-looking skin, Lily offers Morpheus8 radio frequency treatment. Ask about it during a skincare consultation, where Lily will tell you whether it fits your skin and goals.

Questions About Our Med Spa
I'm new to med spas. Where should I start?
Book a consultation. You don't need to know which treatment you want first. Tell us what bothers you most, and we'll point you to the right person: Russ for lines, volume or hair, and Jessica or Lily for your skin.
How is your med spa different from a day spa?
Your care here is medical. Russ is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, our practice is fully insured, and every consultation covers your medical history as well as your goals. You still get a calm, boutique setting on West 72nd Street.
Can I have my consultation in Russian or Spanish?
Yes. Russ is fluent in Russian, so your injectable visit can be in Russian from start to finish. Lily is fluent in Spanish, so your skincare visit with her can happen in Spanish.
Is your med spa close to Lincoln Square and Midtown West?
Yes. We're on West 72nd Street, a short trip up Columbus Avenue from Lincoln Square, and an easy subway ride from Midtown West and Hell's Kitchen.
How much do treatments at your med spa cost?
Facials are $250 to $300, HydraFacial is $250 (Deluxe) or $300 (Platinum), IV drips are $200 per session, filler ranges from $600 to $900 by area, and PRFM hair restoration is $800 per treatment or $2,000 for a package of three. We share your exact price before any treatment starts.
